These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Accessibility Scanner (the “Service”), operated by Roberto Agudelo Callejas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service runs automated scans of websites you specify, using Playwright and axe-core, to detect certain WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility issues, and generates PDF reports of the results — optionally branded with your (or your agency’s) own logo and colors.
Important — what the Service does not do. Accessibility Scanner performs an automated scan, which detects only a fraction of WCAG criteria. It is not a substitute for an expert manual audit, it does not guarantee legal compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any other accessibility law or standard, and a clean scan result is not a certification of accessibility. We do not offer “ADA certification,” “compliance guarantees,” or “lawsuit protection” of any kind. Reports document a good-faith automated effort to detect accessibility issues — nothing more.
You need a Google account to sign in. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree to:
The Agency plan lets you invite teammates to your organization. You’re responsible for who you invite and for their use of the account under these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you’re abusing the Service, violating these Terms, or using it in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We’ll try to notify you when we do. You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
We own the Service itself — the scanning engine, dashboard, and underlying software. You own the content you upload (client names, logos, brand colors) and the reports generated from your scans; you’re free to share, brand, and resell those reports as part of your own work.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to any accessibility lawsuit, claim, or regulatory action involving a site you scanned. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
